I think you had a strong elevator pitch! You were really clear while speaking and I think you did a great job explaining what life style centers are. Great job also making malls seem outdated and explaining why life style centers would be a much better addition to communities. The only thing I would say to strengthen your pitch is for you to state your starting point. Would you start with just one lifestyle center or multiple? Would you start in Florida or in numerous states around the United States to get a view from different ways of living? Overall I really enjoyed your pitch.
