16A –What’s Your Secret Sauce?

  1. i) The way I think about things. More descriptively my reason to think outside of the normal scope of things. When being presented with a problem I more than usually think outside of the box with my solution.

ii) My will to be successful in things I am interested in. When involved with a business I am interested in I will work 80-100 hour weeks to get the company where it needs to be.

iii) My will to understand different perceptions. Rather than immediately disagreeing with someone because they don’t believe the same as me. I will try and put myself in their eyes and in their perception to try and understand how they are viewing the problem.

iv) Saying what I truly feel without regard. In certain situations I will speak my mind whereas many other people keep things to themselves. Rather I say what I truly feel to people.

v) My ability to match personalities of people. When meeting a new person 9/10 of times I can match their personality to someone else I know and immediately gain a sense of what type of person they are and how to handle them. I would say I am about 90% accurate when this occurs.

2)

While interviewing my father, he had reinstated the ability to think outside the box to situations. Such as handling problems and in certain situations.

While interviewing a friend, he had stated that I was able to identify problems that many other may view as a problem. To be able to uncover problems people don’t normally think about.

Interviewing my sister, she had said I had the ability to make people laugh even in their worst mood. Saying that my personality is funny.

Talking with my best friend, he had also mentioned my funny characteristic and ability to make people laugh, but also my thought process on certain problems and situations being different than most.

AS well speaking with a work colleague, he had said my will to succeed is a high quality.

3) I would say one aspect I don’t see myself as that many people around me, is that I don’t view myself to be as funny as other people may view me. I would agree that many of my interviewees are correct about my personality, and I would have to adjust my list from part 1 to include more of my witty and funny character.
