19A – Idea Napkin No. 2

Having always grown up in Real estate and always having a love for it, I see this business being something that I would wake up every morning and love to do. Loving what I do would allow me to work more and really dive into making this idea a reality. I see this business potentially being a career in my life. 

I’m offering the customers of this business a place to live, work, and play and somewhere they will love to common. 

I’m offering this to people who are tired of traditional malls and may be living in areas where their traditional mall is completely dying. People who order many things they need on Amazon or online, however, feel that they still want a place to be able to go too. The lifestyle centers serve to offer things online cannot such as movie theaters, gyms, hotels, etc… 

I feel that my core competencies are that I have the work ethic to make an idea a reality, I don’t wait and I’m fairly impatient. Although patience is a virtue, impatience pushes me to get things done faster and harder. I have the competency to push through obstacles in order to achieve the success I want. 

The strategies I will use to develop tenants to believe in the centers, being fairly new, is the proof of concept in different countries and some larger cities. Although the idea may be new too many, the concept is. a proven strategy already carried out. The malls alike lifestyle centers are proving to do better than any traditional mall still in place offering tenants a more secure and overall better location for their business.
